a) LIMITED USAGE GRANTED

You may only use each individual product on a single website, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase same template once more in order to make another project with the same design

b) MODIFICATIONS

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes.

c) UNAUTHORIZED USE

You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.

d) ASSIGNABILITY

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from our company.

e) OWNERSHIP

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of independent content providers.

We only receive payments via PayPal account. The service deposit is billed in advance and non-refundable, unless otherwise noted.

Since our company is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any products and services at our site.

We do not install any of our products which require installation. Installation is a paid service which is not included in the package price. Our themes are compatible with latest versions of browsers (IE 7 and above, Latest FireFox,  Opera, Safari, Chrome). We are not responsible from old versions of browsers when you faced with a problem.

Our company may use third parties to provide certain services accessible through the Web Site. We do not control those third parties or their services, and you agree that our company will not be liable to you in any way for your use of such services. These third parties may have their own terms of use and other policies. You must comply with such terms and policies as well as these TOU when you use these services. If any such terms or policies conflict with our TOU, agreements or policies, you must comply with our company’s TOU, agreements or policies, as applicable.

7. INFORMATION DISCLOSURE
You may not disclose any order information including, but not limited to, Order ID, download link, paypal email address that you use to buy Our Products, etc.

Our Company will send you FREE PRODUCT(S) UPGRADE that you purchase(s) within 60 days from the date you buy Our product(s). If Prestashop.com release its new STABLE version, Our Company will send you the upgrade within TWO WEEKS after the LATEST STABLE version is release directly to email address that you use for paying the Product(s).
