You could use a commercial prestashop module. That will display the prestashop header and footer in the wordpress blog (using an iframe). If you need a hand on doing this, you could hire us

Sorry, but this theme still based on prestashop 1.3 theme files.
We not intend to upgrade it in couple of weeks.
